As part of  XpertDial extensive capability and flexibility is the ability to change the call policies in the phone - remotely and dynamically - as often as commercial considerations dictate.

Such call policy changes may include:

· Access numbers, e.g. 0800 or 0207 numbers, changed periodically, or their use adjusted to gain benefit from off peak call charges.

· The selection of a country specific access number which is determined by the country of origin of the call.

The specification of the type of number which the service provider wishes to route solely over their network, such as in-country cross network mobile numbers, and many international numbers
